The Grade 5 students had a special visitor today – Catherine Fife our Member of Provincial Parliament for Kitchener-Waterloo – was here to speak about her experiences with provincial government, as well as her in local government as Trustee with Waterloo Region District School Board.

The students had lots of great questions and really impressed MPP Fife with their knowledge and attitude toward all levels of government!

Catherine also presented us with a certificate of congratulations on the opening of our beautiful school, and was impressed with the facility!  We look forward to posting the certificate in our main foyer for the community to see!
